Always confidential and providing for personal coaching or mentoring at key times in someone's career as just general support and problem solving to stepping into a board role for the first time or preparing to be an effective Non-Executive Director. Business Support

Tailored to suit clients’ requirements as a core principle we provide strategy development and board development/governance support delivered in a way to fit clients’ availability. Based on our own experiences we know how difficult it can be to plan the time for ‘programmes’. Hence we have options of simple health checks and a ‘pit stop’ type approach to more traditional workshops. We are also happy to act as Non-Executives and in other roles. Hands on in style sharing Experience.
