Personal Executive Coaching

Non Directive 1:1 executive coaching programmes for senior level executives.

These extend typically over a minimum of 9 months and are provided by a combination of face to face meetings and, if required telephone sessions. Mentoring tailored to suit

Mentoring is a different process to coaching.

As an agreement with the client it provides for using the experience and views of the coach to help develop the discussion and arrive at courses of action or solutions. It is a joint process and exchange of views.

Often, particularly in tailored programmes, there is a mixture of coaching and mentoring input. As relationships develop this is more likely to be the case.

Non Executive Director Coaching

The role of a non-executive is different to that of an executive.

This is an important difference. The ability to be both supportive and challenging is not a natural approach by most executives moving onto boards as Non-Executives.

These programmes specifically focus on understanding and developing the most effective skill set.

Board Preparation and Career Development

The role of a board director is different to that of a department head or senior manager. This programme helps adjust senior managers moving to this new role.

Coaching for career development provides a specific focus around defining career objectives and pathways to achieve them. Confronting issues such as staying on track and how to turn opportunities down. Accepting is easier and can be the wrong decision.

Early Career Programmes

Taking a long term planning view. Developing a critical path.
