A days workshop programme introducing the Vault 2-3-4 for developing an effective personal leadership style.

The Leadership Vault focuses on 'Stories that Inspire...Locations that bring them to life....leadership relevant for the here and now!'

A longer programme across usually 9/10 days in three modules. Based on the programme developed in New Zealand in 2012 with International participants.

Use of the Kouzes and Posner personal leadership style analysis and feedback.

Uses a range of senior speakers and visits in a conversational learning style.

A key aspect of excellence in leadership is the ability to communicate and present ideas, objectives and a vision. It is key to inspiring and energizing a team or a whole organization.

This workshop focuses on techniques to improve communication and presentation skills. Including: Authenticity, Body language, Personal presence and Use of voice.
